WHAT IS SOM?

School of Ministry is a teaching ministry of Calvary Chapel Tri-Cities focused on building up the next generation of servants in the Body of Christ.  We do this by equipping those who have a desire to dig deeper into the word and see that knowledge used in practical ways to further the Kingdom of God.

HOW SO?

Classroom time is dedicated to learning the foundational scriptural doctrines that will enable our students to be well-grounded in their beliefs and be effective ambassadors for Christ.  Our emphasis is to not only give biblical wisdom but to equip our students with practical know-how in order to do ministry well.

IN PERSON OR ONLINE?

Periodically we have classes available on our campus in Kennewick, Washington but our emphasis is all of our courses are available online to take at your own pace.  There are two options for many classes-credit and audit.

CREDIT OR AUDIT?

Currently our program is not affiliated with any other bible college so the college credit is not transferable.  Why take accredited classes then?  Every accredited class includes homework, quizzes and feedback from class instructors. This will challenge you to dig deep into the program and put forth your best effort.  The audit version of the classes only include the video of the class.
